Yes, it is possible to strenghthen our immunity. A person's eating habits, diet, and exercise can determine the status and strength of one's immunity. Other ways of having a strong immune system are good sources of vitamins and minerals such as vitamin C.

It is important to give blood to others because that will determine whether a person will live or die. It is not appropriate for someone to get any type of blood transfusion because of religious beliefs, backgrounds, and teachings.

Charles R. Dew was the first black man to discover blood transfusions.
