Sorry you had such a negative experience, Mark. I hope the concert was so good it made up for the poor accommodations. It does seem that when we patronize those "higher end" services, they start to act as though THEY are doing US a favor--sort of like those "For Eyes" commercials. I prefer the Marriot line, myself.

Hoping and praying for a DF update next month--let's keep our fingers crossed.
