In reply to: Lin 's message, "Dan and the Muse" on 13:02:43 11/19/06 Sun

I am sure all of his fans agree with you, Lin, and wish he would at least give a concert performance. No one can speak for him, of course, and one can only hope he will perform again. He is well-beloved by his thousands of fans. As for why the "muse" deserted him, it seems as if it began to leave around 1995 or so, and then got worse and worse. And then he became ill, which of course must have been devastating. Who knows if he will ever get his "muse" back?
This is a question pondered by many artists. Sometimes it requires a real change of life circumstances. You never know! I just hope it happens soon, rather than when he is in his 80s or 90s. LOL!

I sure do miss hearing anything new from Dan!! I

>shared with us and I will always cherish each and
>every song he has given us... :)
