 Was I the only one to feel dismayed at this news? Dan built a custom sound/recording studio there and now it's up for sale along with almost everything else on the gorgeous property. What bugs me most is that this sounds like he is giving up on recording -- and letting go of something truly important to him. Then again, maybe it's just time to move on and head for the next phase of life...?
