Just a update on what's going on here. First, sorry it's taking so long to approve new post.

I've been working out of town, and fighting a bad head cold. So I haven't felt much like doing anything.

But before I got sick. I went to New Orleans for Mardi-Gras last saturday for the Endymion parade, in which my favorite rock band "Journey" was the co-Grand Marshall. With Taylor Hicks being the Grand Marshall.

I thought I try to get there early, and see if I could catch the guys from Journey as they got on the float.

As I walked 12 blocks to the head of the parade, I noticed that the band "Styx" also had a float, and band member James Young was on the float, just looking around. So I walked up to him and asked for a autograph. He signed a Endymion bag I had, then handed me a signature guitar pick.

I then walked up to the Journey float, and looked across the street. And to my surprise, the whole band from Journey was standing on the street corner, waiting to get on the float.

There was nobody around them, no fans, no guards, nobody.

I walked up to them and got my Journey baseball cap, and Frontiers cd insert autographed by the whole band. I took over 100 photos, as the stood there for about 1 hour talking to them. All very nice people. It was UNREAL to say the least.

About that time Tommy Shaw, and the other Styx band members showed up. And I got autographs, and many more pics of everyone.

If you would like to see some of the pics, email me.

Have a great weekend

Mark
