Subject: Second Hand Lessons

I used to think all oldtimers were boring too
until I started plying their stories for lies n for truth
getting right to the core of their views and exporing their roots
building a store of experience from sources removed
by five simple senses seperate from the set yer taught
most brain storms are tethered in weathered thoughts
jot a sentance and my head is chopped off at the penners block
but now I've let it drop since those last seconds seem to never stop
in that vast time span I forget the clock cuz like an electric shock it's...

CLARITY ACHIEVED

you can barely taste, touch, smell, hear, n see things ingrained inherantly in me
apperently belief is based on various degrees
of dispair and hilarity, hatchets you bury or just leave
you can't percieve the forest if yer starin through the trees
because the picture'd never change if they weren't bearing any leaves
those who fixate on negativity are scarily decieved
and an empty cup mentality's a very sick disease...
