It is not so much the delays that are bothersome but the lack of information. I am sorry, having done website design, it only takes 15 minutes or so to write up a simple modification to the update to let people know what is going on. So on that score, I can not agree with you. Yes responding to individual emails is timeconsuming, that is what you post in on the main board so all can read it and send out a mass email.

As for the delays, I too work in publishing and can understand how difficult it is getting things printed. Like I said, it is not so much the delays but the lack of updates. Updating your customers as to the status of an order they have already purchased it critical! Especially if you plan on keeping those same customers. I fear that Dara will loose many customers over this long delay.
