Subject: FRENCH or NURSES -teach yourself cassette

I have completed two self study courses in Spanish for Nurses. One is by Homestead Schools, the other by Living Language (Spanish for Healthcare Workers). They were both fascinating. I found them helpful. Each includes a cassette and a book.

I would like to find something similar for GERMAN or FRENCH. I took French in school for 6 years but I am very rusty. Does it exist? Where could I find out?

Also, does something similar exist for other languages, such as Portuguese, Italian, Arabic, JAPANESE or another?
