Sorry to say that but if guys are not willing to commit their time, then they shouldn't play. Jan and Myself spend too much time and our costs to organize the team, so the players would eventually like to play. Thus we will be giving to priority to players who want to play, aren't psychotic, won't damage the team with their behavior. The team will probably be organize as committe and sorry a limited dictatorship. Hockey teams are not a democracy. The organizers, coaches and team captains will be deciding on the structure and how the team will be organized. Whiners beware. If the players are not on the committee, they are just to show up to the games and PLAY NOTHING MORE, IF DON"T LIKE IT DON"T PLAY, the organization is to care of the rest. The indians don't run the tribe the chiefs do. We will inform everyone as to the progress of setting up a stronger team because if Lodz eneters the league we will have three tough teams to compete against and I don't want ot be under 0.500 next year.
