First of all we are playing for fun (ref we are paying to play, not getting paid for playing), second we only have 6 games in one round. If we would follow the rule as you are referring to that would be very big penalty. In normal league we would play between 60 or 80 games, 3x 20 min, so then having the 3 games penalty is making sense, but when we play 2x25 and ONLY 6 games, now we know that it will be total 12 games in the whole season, I do believe that the penalty Damian got was fair (he did miss almost one whole game, and the team had to play with one player less)....
