Hi Guys,
I agree with Jan. We should treat our small league more like a long therm tournament than a full season league.
On tournaments the organisator decides what is happening after a penalty of 20 or 25 minutes is beeing called.There must be an official regulations set before anybody starts to play. Sometimes a player may not be allowed to represent his team in next match but there is not much cases which can be compared to yours from Krynica. As we do not have any board of officials:-)you should just let it go Richard instead of looking for sensation.
