Beauty Pageant for Girls and Boys
Saturday ~ Nov. 19, 2005 ~ 2:00 pm Crestview High School Auditorium
Rehearsal (not mandatory) Nov. 18th 6:00 pm

This pageant marks our fifth anniversary and will be the �event� of the year. Every contestant
will receive a crown and a trohpy. The winner in the Miss Division(16-19 yrs) will receive a $500
Scholarship.
Age Divisions: 0-23 mos, 2-3 yrs, 4-5, 6-7, 8-9, 10-12, 13-15 yrs, 16-19 yrs, 20 & up married or single
Boys: 0-2 yrs, 3-4 yrs, 5-6 yrs
Awards: A $500 Scholarship will be awarded to the Miss Crestview (16-19 yrs) winner with 10 contestants in
the group.
Early Entry Fee: $65 The entry fee includes Beauty, Photogenic Award, and Best Fashion Award.
There will be one queen and four alternates in each division.
The winners will receive a custom Miss Crestview Crown, Robe, Custom Sash, Embroderied Tote Bag, Custom
Trophy,Alternates will receive a trophy and banner and ca crown, all contestants will receive a crown. Best
Formal and Photogenic winners will receive a trophy.
Late Fee: a $20 late fee will be charged on all entries received after Nov 11!!!
Attire: Pageant Dress, Pageant Hair and Makeup(NO FAKE HAIR OR LASHES)
Photogenic: Contestants may submit ONE photo, no larger than 8x10, color or black and white, to be
judged as professional OR snapshot. Extra photos $5 each
SPONSOR TICKET SALES* TICKETS ARE $1 EACH. SELL 100 TICKETS GET FREE ENTRY
& CROWN. SELL 200 TICKETS GET FREE ENTRY , 2FT TROPHY & CROWN. SELL 300 TICKETS
GET FREE ENTRY, 3FT TROPHY & CROWN. SELL 500 TICKETS GET FREE ENTRY , 6 FT TROPHY,
HUGE CROWN, GIFT AND CROWNED QUEEN OF QUEENS. CONTACT DIRECTOR FOR TICKETS,
OR MAKE YOUR OWN, TICKETS MUST BE TURNED IN BY NOV. 11TH.

Miss Crestview Pageant, it�s directors or agents and facility are not responsible for accidents , injuries or theft in route to/from or at
the pageant. Improper conduct will result in disquailification from pageant. I understand there are no refunds and that all decisions
of the judges are final. Score sheets will be available the week after the pageant. Photos may be used for future pageant promotions.
