4TH ANNUAL SWEETHEART BEAUTY PAGEANT
EVERY CONTESTANT WILL RECEIVE A CROWN AND A TROPHY!!
THIS IS A GREAT PAGEANT FOR BEGINNERS, NO ONE LEAVES EMPTY HANDED!
Saturday ~ Feb. 5th, 2004 ~ 2:00 pm Crestview High School Auditorium
Rehearsal Feb. 4th, 6:00pm Admisson: $4 for Adults, $2 children, 3& under free

Girls Age Divisions: 0-17 mos, 18-35 mos, 3-4 yrs, 5-6 yrs, 7-9 yrs, 10-12 yrs, 13-15 yrs ,16-19 yrs
Entry Fee: $50 The entry fee includes Beauty, Photogenic, and Best Formal Award. There will be a winner
and four alternates in each division. Winners will receive BEAUTIFUL crowns, trophies and custom sashes.
Alternates will receive trophies, banners and crowns. Every contestant receives a crown and trophy.
Attire: Pageant Dress, Pageant Hair and Age Appropriate Makeup(no hair pieces or false eye lashes)
Photogenic: There will be two photogenic winners in each age division, one professional photogenic winner
and one snapshot winner. Contestants may enter ONE photo. Extra photos $5 each. Photos MUST be turned
in by rehearsal, there will be NO photos accepted the day of the pageant.
Sponsor Ticket Sales* Contestants may sell sponsor tickets to receive crowns and trophies. Sponsor Tickets are
$1 each. Any contestant selling 100 tickets will receive free entry and a crown. Any contestant selling 200
tickets will receive free entry, a crown and a 2 foot trophy. Any contestant selling 300 tickets will receive free
entry, a crown and a 3 foot trophy. Any contestant selling 500 tickets will receive free entry, a large crown, 6
foot trophy and a gift, and will be crowned Queen of Queens. Contact Tricia Rogers for tickets. Sponsor tickets
MUST be turned in by Jan 28th. Tickets will be entered in a cash drawing.

You may send a $25 depost in by the deadline and pay the balance at rehearsal.
There will be a $10 late fee on all entries received after deadline !!
