4th Annual Beauty Pageant
THIS IS A GREAT PAGEANT FOR BEGINNERS, NO ONE LEAVES EMPTY HANDED!
ALL CONTESTANTS RECEIVE A CROWN AND TROPHY.
Saturday ~ June 18th, 2005 ~ 2:00 pm Crestview High School Auditorium
Rehearsal June 17th, 6:00pm Admisson: $4 for Adults, $2 children, 3& under free

Girls Age Divisions: 0-23 mos, 3-4 yrs, 5-6 yrs, 7-8 yrs, 9-10, 11-12 yrs, 13-15 yrs ,16-19yrs
Handicap and Special Needs Divisions Available
Early Entry Fee: $55 The entry fee includes Beauty, Photogenic, and Best Formal Award. There will be a winner and four
alternates in each division. Contestants will be judged on facial beauty, poise/personality, and overall appearance.
Winners will receive BEAUTIFUL crowns, trophies and custom sashes. Alternates will receive trophies and banners.
Late Fee: $20 Entries received after June 10th will be charged a $20 late fee. To qualify for early entry mail $25 deposit
and pay balance at rehearsal. There will be no exceptions to the deadline June 10th.
Attire: Pageant Dress, Pageant Hair and Age Appropriate Makeup(no hair pieces or false eye lashes)
Photogenic: Contestants may submit ONE photo, no larger than 81/2x11, color or black and white, to be judged as either
professional or snapshot. Photos MUST be turned in by rehearsal and will be returned the day of the pageant. There will
be two photogenic winners in each age division, one professional photogenic winner and one snapshot winner. Extra
photos are $5 each.
Sponsor Ticket Sales* Contestants may sell sponsor tickets to receive crowns and trophies. Sponsor Tickets are $1 each.
Any contestant selling 100 tickets will receive free entry and a crown. Any contestant selling 300 tickets will receive free
entry, a crown and a 2 foot trophy. Any contestant selling 300 tickets will receive free entry, a crown and a 3 foot trophy.
Any contestant selling 500 tickets will receive free entry, a large crown, 6 foot trophy, custon banner and will be crowned
Queen of Queens. Sponsor tickets MUST be turned in by June 10th.

NO EXCEPTIONS to the deadline. Contestants MUST be registered by June 10th.

conduct wll not be tolerated and will result in disquailification from pageant without reimbursement. I understand there are no refunds and that all decisions of the
