Hello my name Paquita Dillon, and I represent Fair City Youth ORG. We are a youth organization which started as a dance group. We live in a small town {Franklinton La.} and we are in need of a youth center. We don't have the funds, a building, nothing....but we have determination and each other. Most of all we have the Lord,but we've never have a youth center in this parish so children without family values steady fail.{90%) So to anyone with advice help us we're to broke to form an non-profit, but the $25.00 Sheriff Jones donated should take us far... God Bless
