 There are only so many posts that can be on the main page. Because one particular topic can get so large, that one topic will take up most of the post quota, this is why that large post will be pushed into an archive.

I may look into a different type of forum that sorts posts into categories instead of putting all topics on one page. I'll take a look at options tonight or Sunday. If I make a new forum, I'll keep this one open only for reference, not for posting new items.
