~!~ Springing colt pulls away from 'the dinette,' whiskers dotted with beads of leftover milk, chin white with dribbles. Airy hooves composed of pure cloud, inclined to lift off at any given moment, long legs scramble in all directions beneath him as he springs away, high into the air, crow-hopping with the gangly grace of a newborn fawn. Glossy eyes growing rounder by the minute, wider with each new sight, copper figure suddenly stumbles upon the concept of the sun, now full as it hangs just above the horizon. Staring at it, surprised, he is forced to turn away as he discovers something unwanted - pain - and tears up over the fact that it hurt to look at the great thing in the sky. Lower lip trembling, huge eyes grow wet with tears, tiny hooves stamping into the ground in frustration. ~!~
