((Thats ok, I totally forgot about this herd until I stumbled across their herd site and I was like "That was fun, I want to start it up again!" and i did... Oh! Drama! Feel free to introduce a human))

Ashquar gave a toss of his dial, his sharp pools focused only on the steed before him. He was very well built and strong, and only a slight flecking of grey around his muzle gave off that he was aging. He pawed the ground and took a step forward as the other approched slowly, a snort was emmitted from the chestnut steeds nostrils. His dark pools narrowed slightly at the others question and he took only a moment to let his gaze stray from the lone stallion to the herd he addressed. Ashquar gave a loud snort. "No, they may be of my kind but they are not of my herd." His dark eyes watched the other warily, his tall frame tense.

Several feet behing the chestnut lead stood a young palomino steed, seemingly just out of colthood, he was built almost exactly like Ashquar. And byt he way he fidgited, he probably had the exact same temperment. He was tempted to go forth and scare the intruder off, obviously his sire wasnt doing a good enough job. Labib tossed his dial in frustration, he needed to show that he was capable of protecting the herd better than his aging sire.
