I also am glad to hear you sound (alot better in your message)a little beter reading between the lines. All I can say is Thank God for women friends with hankies and loving sholders. It may help a small bit also for you to enjoy some of the things you tended to skip doing or eating or maybe places you didn't go because he didn't want them or like to go there. We all have them I think.
Be gentle with yourself. Time can be slow moving through pain but it does lessen some with time.
