內訌前民主黨地區發展者何志永，繼日前因不滿被拒參選區議會而宣布退黨，並狠批民主黨「三宗罪」後，昨日又向傳媒發表公開信，繼續批評民主黨派員出選區議會機制不公平，並在信內表明心跡，指當年何俊仁被襲擊，他是第一時間到達醫院的民主黨新人，並負責拍攝何受傷的照片轉交傳媒。

何俊仁回應說，不會就黨內的決定詳細回應，也不想發表任何言論對何志永造成攻擊。何強調，決定派誰參選，不是針對任何人，而是按黨內機制處理。 (都市)
