Sorry Robin, it's too late to take a photo of the first stitch.

Just one stitch was a massive improvement. I would say that I had quite a severe breve which really bent the gland over when the foreskin was pulled down.
1 Stitch managed to relieve about 2.5cm (You can see this because of the length of the separated skin.)

I have decided to do another stitch to relieve more tightness as my foreskin will still not retract as fully as I would want. I have just put this new stitch in (should have checked the forum first) but I will take a photo of the 'handywork' for you to see.

All I can say is that it was pain free putting the needle in, pain free tying it up and pain free to pull the stitch out.... and only took about 3 and a half days.
(Stitched it 10am Sunday and removed it 6pm Wednesday.)

This is a great solution for me and I hope I may have inspired others that feel they need to 'sort themselves out' too.
