I cut my frenulum off years ago as it was pulling my head down when fully retracted and looked terrible. I used nail clippers with the bolt replaced with a 2ba bolt and 3 nuts but my frenulum was quite thin looking from the side. I pulled my foreskin back and positioned the clippers right against my nob and started tightening down the bolt until it started to get sore and I stopped tightening the bolt. But less than a minute later the pain stopped so I continued to tightening the bolt until one time as I was tightening it there was no more pain so I just kept on tightening the bolt until I heard a click then the clippers came away in my hand. I moved the clippers down until I had cut my frenulum as much as I wanted. The difference was amazing and my foreskin now goes really far back, but I made sure I sterilised the clippers properly.
