The cost depends on where you live ... in most European lands its done free (and should have been cared for when you were around 3 years old ...). The USA is another matter and actually I have no idea how much it costs ...

24 ... have you had problems with sex? this is always my main concern and what I need to know to persuade doctors that it should be treated before puberty ... anyway ...

practically speaking if you have read www.male-initiation.net/frenulum_treatment.html you will see various possibilities - like tying or an incision, and I feel that any helpful GP (normal doctor) would do without any charge...

So Id like to know where you live ... and Id like to know if you ring up your doc how much he says it costs.
