Date Posted: 08:13:44 01/11/06 Wed In reply to: frustrated 's message, "match race" on 20:04:58 01/10/06 Tue i dont believe spectators really cared 2 cents this year to see a match race when one race they had 18 Outlaw 10.5 cars, 10 of which were among some of the biggest names in the country. Go figure about 4000 times why those guys came up and played. Why would you pay anyone to come run at your show when you have Danny Sanders and Brad Medlock riding wheelies on their bumpers? Why would you pay someone to show up when you got true radial cars running the low 6's? And why would you pay anyone to come to your show when you have not 1 2 3 or 4 racers winning their respected heads up class but 5 racers dont preach the YOU ARE ONLY CATERING TO THE OUT OF STATE RACERS. Who won in all of the finals in the last race? Let see True Radial was Boyd Arbaugh, from Arkansas, EZ Street was Shane Parker, from Arkansas, Real Street was Mike Arbaugh, from Arkansas, SS 10.5 was Clay Selig, from Arkansas, and Super Outlaw was Buster Smith, hey what do you know from Arkansas. We may have had a great share of out of state racers but the money truely stayed in Arkansas. [ Next Thread | Previous Thread | Next Message | Previous Message ] |
