Hello there,

I am right now preparing my application for a TN visa and would be truly grateful if I could get some advice from those who have had experience in applying for a TN status. My problem is that, though I completed all the MLS required courses in December 2006 and my application for graduation has been approved, due to the fact that my school has only two convocations in Nov. and May, I won't be given my diploma in late May. My employer wanted me to start at May 1st and I have had my school issue me a letter stating that I've completed all the required courses and will be receiving my diploma in May. I'm wondering how big the chance will be for me to get a TN status in my case. Has anyone out there had the similar experience before?

Your response would be very much appreciated.

Thank you,
Mindy
