Here's some suggested questions for email #2:

1. Are there any performance requirements?
1a. If so, what are they?

2. Are there any requirements regarding communications and external interfaces?
2a. If so, what are they?

5. Are there any upgrades planned?
5a If so, what are they?

6. Do you wish a print function for either editor or engine?

7. Do we need to address the control of access if multiple users are involved (a separate issue from security, more to do with permissions and privacy)?
7a If so, how?

8. Can one Event (eg. Monday 9am) trigger multiple workflows?

9. Can the same workflow be added to the Engine more than once?
