Good effort by Rider win and advance, tonight will be a difficult game, I am encouraged that Rider shot well last night they will need to continue that tonight to stay with NU. Rider will need to show patience on offense last week they were not working for a good shot at NU.

Keep in mind that Niagara was without 6'7" Clif Brown the last time the Broncs played the Purps, and Thompson went virtually unguarded for much of the game. Brown should be back for tonight's game.

I have to believe that if NU played Rider 10 straight games, Niagara would win 8 of those games. It's those other 2 that worry me. Niagara's the better team, but anything can happen in a sudden-death tourney.

I agree that NU is very talented and their tempo is difficult to deal with. One thing to keep in mind is NU does not shoot it well at AHY and Rider has shot it well there. I think Rider has a shot to beat NU tonight but they are goingto need to be hot from three to open up the middle for JT. JT was very determined last night and Iona was trying to rough him up and get in his head, he did not let it happen. Ryan was agressive and the bench helped out Vosilla played well last night, he may be the best on Rider at guarding Fisher.
