Subject: Movie Monday! What did you see this weekend? I

didn't see any movies. I did start watching the mini series Gaslit on Starz. It's a great cast with Julia Roberts, Sean Penn, Betty, Gilpin, Dan Stevens, Allison Tolman and Shea Whigham. It's a totally bonkers story about Watergate and the bizarre attempts to silence Martha Mitchell. Whigham is top notch as the unhinged G. Gordon Liddy. I have one episode left to watch.

Anatomy of a Scandal tells the story of a high-profile British politician caught in an affair, charged with rape. Rupert Friend stars as the accused, Michelle Dockery as the barrister representing the crown, Sienna Miller as the traumatized wife. V good so far, hard to tell yet who the "bad guy" really is.

[> [> That sounds like a good one. There's a mini series that's going to start this week -- LAwoman, 09:50:40 05/02/22 Mon [1]

on HBO Max called The Staircase, based on a true crime story. I'm mostly interested because of the cast: Colin Firth, Toni Collette, Sophie Turner and Michael Stuhlbarg.
