several rants....

I know I haven't been on in a while ....but I've tried to keep watching .....welll some of it....

I thought that the actor laying JR is doing a great job in the manner that he's protraying a cancer patient. I just thought that it was kind of odd that no one else figured out what was going on with him especially David Hayward...who is a Dr. himself....How can one in the med feild NOT see all the signs?.... I guess, David just prefers to consider him a drunk and nothing more beyond that. He is so self absorbed....(David that is)....Now I can't stand this new twist of him inseminating Amanda with another Devil's child! I'm wondering if this is another chance to once again bring back the twist of changing the sperm sample as Adam did when Liza was inseminated to have Colby...when the father was suppose to be Jake, this is Jake's chance for payback!

I don't like having Schyler and GIGI .... nor do I like this whole Gay storyline....I thought that the writers were using this issue to just get ratings instead of really dealing with the legal issue. Such a farce since everyone knows that Dorian isn't gay, I'm really hoping that Viki winds up being Mayor this town definitely needs a Mayor that is looking out for the town's interest instead of their own manipulative hold on power and control!. I'm wondering how Blair is going to use the news of Tea's child with Todd, or the fact that Ross isn't the real father ... Talk about another twist ... Then there's finally the fact that Nora and Bo came out with the truth of their feelings I always liked Bo& Nora, they really were a REAL kind of couple.... Not to mention ... what is going to go on with Sean and his brother and of course Nora's daughter.
Will Destiny really tell Matthew how she feels????
I like Eli.... I don't care for this twist of Jared being a bad guy...and why is Brody's sister and what's her name working against them what is this new twist????Could it be the stage for the character that's coming????? Could HE really be Balsom's father???? I thought he was hooked up to IV's and a vegetable or was that all a roose????

For the first time, I thought that that violent moment when Claudia got hers was handled quite well and very errie with that music and all and the darkness so as to obscure the actual act. Of course I do hope that the aftermath (Pschological fallout on Michael's mind) will be handled in the proper manner. I really hated the line where Sonny told Michael that He did good I never find a horrible act like that as doing good. Michael is going to really being messed up for a long time. I do hope that this act will have SOMe REDEEMING QUALITIES especially on Sonny, though I doubt it since nothing in the past made him change his ways, not the death of Lily and his unborn child,when her father bombed his car in the hopes of killing him but (as from a page of the Godfather) when Michael was in Sciliy and he married the Italian girl and went into the car that Michael was suppose to be driving blew up in front of him..... I know that Bernard fashions his character after Michael Corelione
that is so obvious. I'm glad that Carley had her daughter without a hitch.

Also how is it that ractically everyone except Sonny and Dante/Dominic knows that they are related? How dumb is that? I wish that theis town had a Domestic Violence type of organization going into the HS's and informing the kids about abusive relations and how to recognize it when you wind up in it's web. that it isn't about LOVE at all but about power and control.

When is this "Who killed Stewart sl " going to end? I am beyond bored with it.Another year? Seems they're milking it dry.
I'm hoping that David finds out he can't have kids or that Trevor is really Jake's all along! He's got to get payback sometime! Of course though, the writer's aren't that imaginative.
OLTL - I 'm ok with most of it, just don't care for the gay sl either. Just glad they're moving it along quickly.

it's all Mitch Lawrence, baby! Isolating Jess and Gnat for whatever his plan is. I am not so sure I like Ross being portrayed as short-tempered and violent. That's Todd's job. I liked Ross better as the slacker surfer dude trying to charm Blair. I was hoping they would keep Andrew around awhile, but I guess not. The actor only came back for the gay wedding SL. Here's to hoping it did some good.

GH has been pretty good lately. I wish that they wouldn't get rid of Johnny. I finally started liking the guy. Love Domte with Lulu.

In or Out: Is Barbara Garrick Returning to ‘One Life?’

(SoapOperaNetwork.com) – Barbara Garrick may or may not be returning as Llanview’s favorite female psycho Allison Perkins, according to ABC Soaps in Depth.

The magazine reports this week that they have received conflicting information surrounding the actress’ possible return, with one source reporting in the positive, while another is denouncing the claim. Meanwhile a spokesperson for “One Life to Live” had no comment on the matter.

Originating the role of Allison Perkins, one of cult leader Mitch Laurence’s most trusting disciples in 1986, Garrick left the show the following year, only to return again from 2001-2003, and then again briefly early last year. That stint, however, was botched due to a writer’s strike, which resulted in a change in the storyline direction for the character due in large part to Gary Tomlin, who filled in for “OLTL” Head Writer Ron Carlivati during the strike. Upon Carlivati’s return following the strike, Allison suffered a fall and lapsed into a coma, where she remains today.

Given that Roscoe Born recently resumed taping scenes at “OLTL” as Mitch, and is expected to first air later this fall, it would not seem out of the realm of possibility for Allison to come out of her coma, and reveal the secret she knows about Jessica , which she hinted at before her fall.

I love/hate him Blair/tea sl will "peter out"...I can't stand when the writers ruin good strong women and turn them into sniviling whinners and worse than teens crying over their 'idols'!
