That's all everyone ever spoke about and back in the 50's and 60's the Yankees ruled. they broke all sorts of records and established records that have still not been broken. Not that I know what those records are but I've heard(or overheaed enough talk about them to know that I was in the middle of a great team and the entire city of the Bronk spoke of nothing else. So by osmosis I guess I began to like the Yankees. You know that thing nurture vs nature? If it had been any other two teams (not counting the Mets because that was my dad's team and I have a lot of memorabilia that dad left when he died of the Mets). I wouldn't even be having this conversation because I really wouldn't be interested.
