On our short list: 1917, Little Women, Knives Out. Margo Robbie was so good in Bombshell. I also watched part 1 of a BBC1 miniseries Dracula, which turned out to be weird and awful. Lol.

some kind of hermit, LOL. I think I stayed away from it because people were always talking about how good it was blablah. I'm ready for a try. I do like Jane Austen so maybe I'll be surprised.

it wasn't a favorite by a long shot. The film/TV versions I've seen have been varying between gawd awful and exceptionally good. I think this current one has been getting good reviews and I like the cast.

I used to pretend that Jo and I were best friends. I liked the movie, although the way it jumps back and forth in time is probably confusing to anyone who hasn’t read the book a shitload of times and can go, “Oh yeah, that happened BEFORE thus-and-so but AFTER this-and-that.”
