Subject: Movie Monday! What did you see this weekend? I saw

Parasite! I was looking for Harriet, but didn't find it so I decided, why not try Parasite and see what all the buzz is about. Well, don't let the subtitles scare you off of this one. It was such a well-crafted film that is part caper, comedy, tragedy, class commentary---it has it all. You think you know who the title Parasite refers to, but it really can apply to multiple characters. None are all good or bad. The poor family who scams the rich family can be seen as parasites, but the rich family who exploit the poor are parasites as well. I highly recommend this film. So glad it won so many awards.
