Subject: Movie Monday! What did you see this weekend? I

I didn't see any movies, but the entire series of GOT was available OnDemand so I watched a few of the highlight episodes like Battle of Blackwater, Red Wedding (Rains of Castamere) and the season 6 finale with the blowing up of the Sept and Arya killing Walder Frey. And then, Sunday, a few choice episodes from last season before the final season premiere, which was great! And is it just me, or is the Dany love wearing off? I didn't like her arrogance at Winterfell towards the Starks and the people of the North.

Dany has been a darling of fans, now they need to set up a not-so-fairy-tale ending for her, that's my thought. The writers did a good job of getting us all back into the characters and situations, and ended with the BIG stare-down of those two who haven't seen each other since S-1, Ep-1.
Any predictions on how this all will end?

don't want to over-think it. I just want to enjoy what little time there is left. I have to say that I enjoy the episodes where there are humans (and dragons) involved and less the ones with the white walkers. The human drama is so much more compelling. The infighting and side-switching and all that is much more fun and emotional to watch. I am 'shipping Arya/Gendry! I have fallen hard for the Stark family (including Stark/Targaryen) being together again. I love those Stark girls. I'm glad it was Samwell who told Jon what's what, especially after what he found out about his own family. And that final scene, wow.

In which everything is covered in snow, including Arya's Needle, Bran's wheelchair and Jon's sword. Meaning everyone is killed by the army of the dead and winter covers all of Westeros? It's certainly one of the possibilities.

deliberately misleading to freak everyone out.
