Movie Monday! What did you see this weekend? I was staying

in this weekend due to a really annoying storm. So we saw Strays, a raunchy comedy about a badly treated dog who is tossed away by his crappy owner (Will Forte) to become a stray. He befriends other strays and goes on some pretty funny adventures. The doggies are voiced by Will Ferrell, Jamie Foxx, Isla Fisher, Randall Park, Rob Riggle, Josh Gad and Sofia Vergera as a humped couch LOL!

I absolutely loved this movie, so well acted and filmed. Paul Giamatti just works his magic in creating this nuanced character of a teacher at a New England prep school who gets stuck supervising several students who can't go home for Xmas break. DaVine Joy stars as the school cook who also stays behind to help. It was like an old-fashioned, feel-good movie.
