Subject: Hurricane Beryl sends her love from Houston.

Hey y’all! I know I don’t check in much anymore, but I just dropped by to say hello. We were in St. Louis, but we cut our trip a day short to come home and get ready for Beryl. (When we left home, it was supposed to hit Mexico!) The storm itself was scary with howling winds for hours, but the good thing is that we didn’t get any damage, and our power was only out for a day, which makes us luckier than a lot of the city.
Okay, now let me see if I can read the weird letters they want me to decipher in order to post.
