Subject: Movie Monday! What did you see this weekend? I

started watching Like Water for Chocolate and really like it so far and, I started the Prime series Pasta Queen, which is pretty fun. No movies, though I am getting in the mood for my regular go-to holiday movies.

We started back up on the final season of Yellowstone, finished The Penguin (WOW) and are back watching The Diplomat too.
I honestly can't remember when there has been so little to see at the theaters. Mostly superhero fare, horror redeux etc. The Conclave has not done well, and now the critics are panning the new Gladiator as drek. A new Tom Hanks movie is coming too in Dec. but wow.... where are the movies?

I’m an opera fan so I don’t even care if it’s good or bad I just want to hear opera music.

as you may have guessed I am not a big movie person. I did love the stage version of Wicked so I will probably try to get out and see that.
