Subject: Movie Monday! What did you see this weekend? I saw

two movies while flying to and from Minneapolis for a family reunion. Both were films I had planned to see, but never got around to. The first one was Gladiator II, directed by Ridley Scott. It stars Paul Mescal (always good), Denzel Washington and my latest crush, Pedro Pascal. It was pretty much as expected, but once I remembered that Pedro Pascal was in it, I had to watch.
The second film is a few years older. I saw Tinker Tailer Soldier Spy (2011). It was a bit confusing (with all the plane noise, cart interruptions, etc.) so I sometimes lost the plot a little. But the cast was spectacular including Gary Oldman, Colin Firth, CiarĂ¡n Hinds, Tom Hardy, John Hurt and Benedict Cumberbatch.

As soon as some of the '24 Oscar winners are free to view on Prime or whatever, I want to see them again: A Complete Unknown, Anora and A Real Pain. I never saw I'm Still Here, so that's a must see. I remember Tinker, Tailor as being a pretty convoluted plot, but good.
