Dear Christina,
My brother, Arthur Haaxman, has taught for the ESL program in Korea before. He is currently residing in the Netherlands but wishes to return to Korea to teach English. Can you tell me if there are any open positions coming up in Korea for former ELS teachers?
If so, should he contact you? He does not have internet access so I am researching this information for him. Any information you can assist me with is much appreciated! Thank you, Debora
