Subject: Memorial

Just a quick note for those coming to the Memorial tomorrow: there are thunderstorms in the forecast for Sunbury. The pavilion should be reasonably dry, so I'm going to go ahead with this rain or shine. I look forward to meeting any of you who want to brave the weather.

It's been a little bit of an extra rough week. I finally screwed up the courage to get into the back of her closet, and found a little plastic bag full of items from her childhood. Baby shoes. A brownie uniform. Other clothing items she must have had when she was maybe 2 years old. Still has me in tears whenever I think about it.
