I have found the courage and determination JR Martinez has shown in overcoming all odds as great encouragement for whatever hardships I am facing in my life. Who would have ever thought someone with so many burns that would have to undergo over 30 surgeries would keep such a smile, be so positive and motivating and accomplish what he has. He had to be taught to walk again and now HE JUST WON DANCING WITH THE STARS! Keep your faith and determination for every day each one of us has is quite simply a gift, every moment is a gift. Keep the faith and remain strong and do not let negativity bring you down. I know you have nothing but love for our soaps and good intentions. With prayer and determination it is amazing what can happen! You are in my prayers and hopefully years from now we will be talking about how just like one of our soap characters...you overcame adversity and came out on top! Cancer schmancer! You can kick its butt!

JR Martinez is an extemely apt person to bring up in this context. My gut says you'll be OK, Ms Raven. You have the same fight in you that he does and the same strong voice that deserves to be heard. Hang in there my girl. You should contact him. I bet he'd be happy to talk with you.
