The Dragon Images are copywrighted.
You can put my dragons name in your story if you want.
For Example, you can say, It was very early in the morning.
The sun was not up yet and, the grass wasn't even dry
from last nights dew. Jay was taking an early morning
walk on the beach. After a few minutes later the sun
starts to rise. Then all of a sudden, there was this
big shadow that blocked out the sun.Jay looked towards the sunrise to see what was causing this shadow. Suspecting to see a cloud or a large airplane passing over the sun,Jay
instead got the biggest surprise of his life. He couldn’t believe his eyes, There was a blue dragon heading straight for him. Jay thought he was seeing things. Yet, when he
looked again, Jay said to himself, “Where did it go? I thought I saw a blue dragon up there. Jay thought to himself, I better keep this to myself. It was only my
imagination playing tricks on me. So he continued walking down the beach. Then right in front of him a blue dragon landed. Jay was terrified and would have run in the opposite direction had he not heard the voice of someone sitting on the dragon. “You there come here.” Jay slowly made his way up to the blue dragon. Then the rider said, “I’m looking for a Jay Dincht" “This is he.” Jay replied wearily. Then the rider said, “Get on! Your coming with me.” Jay said, "What!
Me? get on that thing? Is this some kind of joke?"
The rider said, "Don't worry Thelith won't hurt you."
Knowing that the rider wasn't going to take no for an
answer Jay said, “Ok I’ll come with you." "Great!" the
rider said as he helped Jay climb up onto the dragon,
placing himself behind the rider as the man strapped him in.
By the way, the rider said, "I'm Sanbart and I'm a Searchrider. I came to take you to Firestone Weyr."
Then the dragon took to the air. And then Jay felt terror creep into him as he realized he was on a real dragon.“Yikes! I’m not dreaming!" Jay said, "This is a real dragon! “Where is this Firestone Weyr your taking me too?"
Sanbart smiled as he said, well, it's on Pern." "Pern?!" Jay
responded with terror in his voice. "Where is that?"
The rider smiled as he said, "It's far from earth, far from earth." Then they went between to Firestone Weyr.


That was an example of how most of the Pern stories should
look like. You can write your story with any name you want for your own character. Just don't use names that end with 'T H'.
Those are only for dragons only and will be rejected if you
use them. (That includes names like Ruth, Seth, Smith, Edith, etc,) I think you get the picture.
