Subject: friesian feet ( trimming and shoeing)

i got a 7 yr old mare last year and she was underweight when i got her. She is now up to a good weight. However she has been interfering in her rear. Meaning she is shaving the feathers off the inside of her rear feet as she moves. I have addressed this with the farrier but it keeps getting worse. I am changing farriers now. Just woundering how everyone elses farrier trims and shoes. Is there a gereral angle used? Yes she is a bit cow hocked which i didnt notice when i got her due to her being under weight and the seller didnt disclose. She is also barefoot on some what sandy pasture. Please any advice will help i dont want her to damage her feet.
