Guys, I would talk to Sigma Pi first and see what they might offer. It is dangerous to have little guidance and run the organization alone. Look at the past. When I was at Bloom job titles and education as far as how bills needed to be handled and exec position responsibilities fell by the way side. Things were run with little organization and nobody had any idea of what to do including who to turn to for help when the Crag was slipping from our hands. Records and receipts as well as the deed to the house were impossible to find or simply no longer existed. If you want to keep in touch with alumni from Delta Pi set up something so that older alumni can send you new addresses and numbers. I have not recieved anything in the mail or e-mail over the last four year. I bet however that the new Sig Pi alumni have a chance to be contacted as national probaly helps keep track of alumni or at least offers a method to do so. If you guys want help from all alumni for a new house figure out a way to get an alumni list form the Delta Pi days and keep the sig Pi list current then contact the whole brother hood and see what the response is. I think you may be surprised. Also if you need some addresses I have an old e-mail list that might be helpful. I created it when the Crag situation was under way. Let me know.
