Her Diamond like eyes slowly gaze around. Her eyes stop on a young girl and her horse and she silently wishes she could be a child too. The golden brace on her neck glints in the sun, making it harder for her to catch her food.
She glances behind her and sees a young deer peacefully eating. Her eyes narrow on the deer and she lies down, so she wouldn't be noticed. The deer comes closer. She pretends to sleep. The deer comes so close their almost touching. Then she pounces. She tears the deer open and eats the delicacy. She drags the stuff she hadn't eaten over to a tree and finishes it off.
The hide of the animal, was covered in blood, but was not ruined. The wolf scrapes off the rest of the meat and curls up on the hide and sleeps peacfully.
