Her silence was uncanny, for she had watched their arrival. Triangular lobes stand alert, for a noise has brought her to attention. A meaningful gaze is given to Dilon, motioning him to remain there... she would drive the prey to him. Nothing too large today. In truth, she would help him bring it down, for he could not be expected to make a kill on the first day. Turning away, she slips back into the shadows, disappearing... A few moments later a cry resounds from the forest, followed by the rapid destruction of leaves and branches in a frantic attempt at survival. The young doe surges from the line of trees, too preoccupied by the large beast fairly nipping at her heels to see the pup and Sari before her. Her gait is slow, uneven, for the femme has already wounded her slightly to make the game more enjoyable for Dilon.
