Girl, 13 yo, North America, Pelvic-focused health examination
I am female. It happened in North America, in 2015 or later, 13 years old, xalled in by a letter in mail. They fetched me in an ambulance or special car from home, to a regular hospital. Other selection criteria.
PREPARATIONS
I was not allowed to eat ome time before the exam. I got laxatives at home to clean out my stomach the day before the exam. They washed my body before the exam and I got a traditional enema before the exam to clean out my stomach.
ARRANGEMENTS AND ANESTHESIA
I was totally naked through all the procedures. I had to strip totally naked before the exam. They placed me upon something like a dentist's chair but with devices to lift my legs onto. I was placed to lay on my back with my legs flexed up spread and mounted upon these two devices.
I got IVs tubes into blood vessels in an arm, a blood pressure monitor wrapped around an arm or a leg, and electrodes on my cheast, my stomach or hip region, legs and head. I got a tube or sond in through my anus.
I got anesthesia through tubes into my blood vessels. I got some numbing and lubricating cream injected into my urinary opening and vagina. The anesthesia only took away pain and made me relaxed, but I was conscious.
EXAMINATIONS WITH EXTERNAL EQUIPMENT
They performed an EEC (electroencephalogram) - functional test of the brain with electrodes on the head. They performed an ECG functional test of the heart function with electrodes on my chest and other body areas. They performed an analysis of my breathing and oxygen uptake where I had to breath into a tube.
They examined my with an ultrasound device or something similar at my head and neck, upper body, stomach area, shoulder area, hip area, arms and legs.
They used the installed electrodes to record functions inside my head, chest, belly and limbs.
They examined my genitals with an ultrasound device and thet had electrodes at my genitals to record functions in this area.
INTERNAL INSPECTIONS WITH ENDOSCOPES
They inspected the inside of my throut with a scope. They inspected the inside of my urethra and bladder with a scope.
They used a speculum in my vagina and explored it with a finger. They took specimens from my vagina with a tube. They inspected my vagina with a scope and with an unltrasound probe.
They explore mu anus eith a finger, inspected my anus with a speculum, and took specimens from my anus with a tube.
They inspected me through my anus with an ultrasound probe. They performed a full colonoscopy with a flexible scope.
ARRANGEMENTS AFTER THE EXAM
I had catheter into my bladder, a tube going in through my anus, and lay with my legs in stirrups some time after the exam a couple hours, then took me home.
THE SCHOOL AI ATTENDED
I attended ordinary daytime school.
COMMENTS
This is a standardized health exam that steadily more societies around the globe do at kids of this age, some at all kids, some at a percent of kids arbitrarily selected, and some at kids showing some physical, mental or social deviation from a very strict standard the society has established.
These ordeals are not spoken openly about to the public and what is done is often shielded by deep sedation or general anesthesia, which is unnecessary and poses risks to the kids.
In this case the girl only god moderate sedation, or the sedation did not work as intended.
The inspections through the pelvic openings and the orthopeic examinations with ultrasound are always done during these ordels, but other examinations vary somewhat.
Having the kid lying in an open position after the main ordeal, usually in stirrups, and often with arms flexted up at the side of the head, and with tubes in bladder, anus and possibly other body openings, usully also occurs. One reason for this is to have controle of body functions in the recovery period, but the tubes are also used to record body functions for examination purposes.
These exams are done to detect health problems and development problems at an early tume, but equally important purposes are surveillance and controle of the kids by the society and research.
Both boys and girls undergo these ordeals. Usually they were done more often on boys, but in the recent years the societies seem to call in girls more frequntly.
Kids having these exams at the preteen or early teen period, usually had a similar ordeal around the age 6-8, and will usually be called in anew later in the puberty.

Girl, 11yo-16yo, Canada, Bi-yearly full body inspection in a Montessori school
I am female. It happened in Canada in 2000-2009, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16 years old.
The exam was just announced suddenly at the beginning of the first day. The exam happpene at a room in the school that was preliminary prepared for the event.
All children of the age group in my community and children in my school of the age group and in the kindergarten had the exam.
Those questions didn't quite apply, so let me clarify by telling you the scenario:
It was a montessori school in Canada. I moved there to start 6th grade and had never gone to a school like that before.
The exam was done right in the classroom by assistant nurses and the teachers. The first day of class they just announced out of nowhere they were going to do medical exams and puberty measurements, and we should all take all of our clothing off. All the other kids did it right away without caring, apparently it was something they were used to, but I wasn't, so I was really embarrassed. It took me a long time before I could move, but they asked me again and I realized everyone else was doing it so I'd just go along with it.
ARRANGEMENTS
I had to strip totally naked before the exam. I was placed to lay on my back with steight legs, on my stomach with my legs flexed down and spread, on my right side, on my left side.
I did not get any anesthesia. They laid us down on the beanbag chairs that were in the classroom. We changed positions multiple times as asked, and the examiners mostly kneeled down or sat on stools.
BODY ASSESSMENTS AND MEASUREMENTS
They went over every inch of my skin, head to toe, and touched and felt and checked everything. They pressed my skin to see its texture, they rubbed my abdomen for a long time to feel how my organs were. They listened with their ear directly touching my skin in several places. They used small measuring tapes and rulers to measure every tiny aspect of my body, depth of my vagina, length of my clit.
I was super embarrassed and turned red all over but they said it was nothing to feel bad about. I kept trying to cover myself and they had to move my hands.
I was terrified they were going to make us masturbate or something, like provide a sample. It seemed like they wanted to test every body function, but the only sample they took was they had us all pee in a cup. I saw some boys with erect penises having them measured, but I don't know if the nurses stimulated them or just let it happen on its own.
Months later when I brought it up, and told other students my fears (we had gotten to know each other better) they seemed to feel there would be nothing wrong with it if they did want to masturbate us.
INTERNAL INSPECTIONS

INTERROGATION OF BODY FUNCTIONS, HABITS AND REACTIONS
They also asked a million questions about everything my body does, and since I was new and had no prior records they had to ask me the most. They asked when my pubic hair came in, but also just random things like do I cry sometimes, are my tears coming out fine, do I have too much or too little earwax.
ARRANGEMENTS AFTER THE EXAM
Some other type of arrangements. We just went on with classes as normal, afterwards. I was shaking and was desperately trying to find my clothes. I noticed half the class didn't even bother putting their clothes back on, some only got half-dressed. Most of the class stayed barefoot and continued that habit in class from then on.
PSYCOLOGICAL EXAMINATION AS FOLLOW-IP
Everyone else just acted like nothing weird happened at all, but the teachers noticed how uncomfortable I was and after class they talked to my parents, and I was signed up for psychological examinations. In those sessions the therapist gently at first, then over time more insistently told me to undress and to get comfortable with it. I went to four more psych sessions that were held totally nude before they decided I was healthy.
ABOUT THE SCHOOL I WENT TO
I went to a Montessori school. It was just a montessori school, they said they prided themselves on doing things differently, giving individual attention, and not worrying about the way other people do things or giving a lot of pointless rules. I could write a whole book on how strange and different it was, including subjects like health, sexual education, and phys ed, but I did get a better education. and it was interesting never getting talked to about how I dressed or if I scratched myself or how I sat or anything.
These full body exams happened for the next 5 years, on the first day of each new school year, and the first day back from winter vacation.
COMMENTS
Montessori schools tend to monitor the bodily and mental development of each kids very detailledly in order to fit the teaching the best ways to rach kid. Since inspections and mesaurements in the pelvic reagion and data one can get by inspections through the pelvic openings tell very much about the development stage, this region is perhaps monitored the most in these schools.
These schools has however some standards for what they concider a normal development, and if these standards are not met, they tend to subject the children for adjustments of various kind, including adjustments with instruments put in through the urethra vagina and anus, special training regimes of itimate kind and external physiological therapies. This account does not tell about these kind of adjustments, but the girl was sent to a psychologist for a more thorrough psychological assessment and possible adjustments of mental and emotional kind.
Since many children were examined at the same time the school probably had apppintments with nurses from some health institution nearby, and the teachers also seemed to have been thought about how to perform the exam. It is possible that the data measured at the exam were used in some scientific project that the society was running and that the school got money from that project.

Girl, 12yo, Eastern Europe, gynecological exam combined with cystosocpy and sigmoidoscopy
I am female. It happened in Eastern Europe, 1980-1989, 12 years old. I was told that I was being taken to a doctor visit and that the doctor would be examining my entire body. My parents drove me to the exam that happend in a great ambulating van equipped for doing the exams.
It jappened to all children that authorities suspected had been subjected to sexual abuse or children that have shown more than just standard interest for sexual matters. The exam was conducted in a large van type vehicle which was parked in a hospital parking area. There was an area for talking with the doctor, another for changing out of clothes and a larger area with two exam tables. One was flat and the other had knee holders for female exams. I remember a table with a lot of medical instruments I hadn't seen before.
PREPARATIONS AND ARRANGEMENTS
I got a traditional enema before the exam to clean out my stomach. I was given a gown but was naked under the gown in the time I stayed awake. They placed me upon a simple examination table. I was placed to lay on my back with streight legs.

I just lay some time in a bed to recover. I lay naked under a blanket after the exam. My mom took care of me afterwards. The exam took about an hour. I went to some other type of main school.
COMMENTS
What happened with the girl Was a gynecological exam combined with a simple inspections into the bladder, the rectum and lower part of the colon.
The fact that they used a big van that could drive around, and that the exam occured so rapidly, even though it was fairly extensive, indicate that this sociaty subjected a large number of children to this exam.
Similar exams occur to boys, so I suspect this community did something similar to boys. Some societies do this to all children at that age, others to all children that show some difference from a strict normality scheme.

Girls, 14yo, France, Thorrough examination to check pubertal status
I am female. It happened in Western Europe, a smaller city in France, 1980-1989, 14 years old. The school told us it was a special examination day and we should report to room 30. The school sent a general flyer home with us for our parents to read a week beforehand. It said they should send us to school that day without underwear or shoes, and in light, comfortable clothes, and freshly bathed.
The exam happened at a room in the school that was preliminary prepared for the event, It happened to all children in my school of the age group. They did our entire grade but split us up into groups because only so many could fit in the room at once.

The group of doctors told us to remove all of our clothing and the teachers came around and took it all away. Nobody had any problem with it. we just obeyed. A few nurses went around and inspected our bodies quickly, jotting down some notes.

They checked us all together in this room but I noticed only the boys were being checked in the butt. It felt unusually good and warm being touched by them. They mostly crouched to inspect us, and used small flashlights. There was a lot of feeling and pulling on pubic hair. Some pubic hair samples were pulled out gently and put in bags. Two doctors spent a lot of time pulling on my clitoral hood to expose the glans.
OBSERVATION OF MASTURBATION AND SEXUAL REACTIONS
They seemed to finish examining us, and asked us to stand or sit on the floor, whatever was comfortable, and masturbate. They encouraged us all to look at each other, and to vocalize what we were thinking about. Most of the girls were too shy but the boys went ahead right away
Some nurses came around to the girls who didn't masturbate and held our hands bringing them to our genitals. One whispered in my ear to go ahead, it's part of the examination. Eventually we all did. After a half hour of masturbating we were mostly all finished.
They handed out some paper towels to clean up ourselves and our area. One boy hit me with his semen but he looked very embarrassed so I didn't get upset Afterwards.
ARRANGEMNTS AFTERWARDS
They told us to go back to our homeroom class. I asked for my clothes. They said you have already been seen. I said not everyone from my class is here, but they just sent me out and said you'll be seeing everyone else from your class, so it's fair. After the second group it didn't seem strange anymore.
A few naked boys and girls coming into the room,almost all of them a little wet in the genitals, and we compared notes, finding out we all went through the same thing.
Once everyone in the class had been through the exam they gave us back our clothes and said we could go home.
THE SCHOOL I WENT TO
I went to a Montessori school. I thought it was a relatively normal school but I found out later it was what you would call a special school like a Montessori school. The main difference is we could come or not come as we pleased, if we didn't feel like attending for a while.
COMMENTS
This was an exam to check the pubertal status, and the sexual functions of the kids. To get an exact picture of the pelvic development status and the health of the initimate zones, one must inspect the urethra and bladder of both sexes and the vagina in girls. Boys must be checked through the anus to assess the prostate.
Montessori schools have pioneered these thorrough development checks, but they are established steadily more in other schools and communies around the World, but it is nearly never talked about fpr the public. In these exams as they are performed today, both boys and girls get an inspection through teh anus too, and many other endoscopic examinations have been added.
But asking the kids to do sexual handlings is perhaps not done widely any more. Instead one uses electrical or mechanical stimulation with equipment and record reactions with electrodes.

Girl, 12yo, New Sealand, total body exam to check developmrnt status
I am female. It happened in New Zealand in 2010-2014 when I was 12 years old My dad just said it was time to go to the doctor for a checkup. My parents drove me to the exam at a doctors office.
PREPARATIONS AND ARRANGEMENTS
Once we got there my dad said it's because he hasn't seen me naked in years and he needs to make sure everything is okay. He went in the exam room with me and told me I had to undress completely (this was before the doctor came in just the nurse doing blood pressure etc). He pulled my arms down when I tried to cover myself and said it's important to be naked for an exam.
They washed my body before the exam. I was totally naked through all the procedures. I had to strip totally naked before the exam. I had to get up and stand in a variety of positions but most of the exam was in this chair.

The doctor checked all of my joints and their range of movement He ran his fingers over all of my skin and checked carefully for moles. He ran his fingers over my lips around my nipples checked between my toes
They performed an analysis of my breathing and oxygen uptake where I had to breath into a tube. I had to do some physical work like cycling or running on a threadmill when the ECG and breathing analysis was performed.
INTIMATE EXAM
The doctor explored my vagina with a finger. The doctor explored my anus with a finger. He spread my vagina open and looked deep inside.
HOW THE EXAM ENDED
The entire time my dad made comments about how my body looked and how I was changing. Some other type of arrangements. I sat naked for a long time. My dad took my clothes with him and left the room. The doctor told me it was natural if I wanted to touch myself to relieve some tension and he would leave me alone for a little while. They were both out of the room for some time.
My dad eventually told me I could put my shirt back on but only that and we went home in the car. He said from now on he wants to see my body regularly to keep an eye on it. I attended ordinary daytime school. Just normal school.
COMMENTS
Some societies seurveil children extensively during the prepuberty and puberty period. This seems to be one of these societies. Some of these societies engage the parents to do some of this bodily surveillance. This exam was probably not the idea of her father, but something the society had arrange and used the father as a healper.
The main purpose of this exam was for a gneral helth checkup and especially to check the development of the girl.
She tells she did not get any anesthesia, but I wonder if she actually got it so that she was unconscious during a part of the exam and the exam was more extensive than she remembers. One typically give children anesthesia that takes away memory and that may be the case her.
What probably happened was an inspection of her bladder, vagina and rectum and lower colon with endoscopes. Also they possibly used the time to instruct her father how to check her.
It is possible they observed her trhough an one-way mirror, or even videotaped her, when she was in the room alone to masturbate. Id so, a question will be if the doctor and her father did it for own sexual gratification, or if it was a part of the surveillance procedure this society peforms, or for some medical project. It is impossible to know, since this kind of things happen aound the world for all of these reasons.

The washing procedure is an indication that a more extensive exam was done. A total body wash at the medical facility is normally done only before more extensive exams.
