Date Posted: 17:09:18 04/15/05 Fri PRESS RELEASE: Deal Pending! A contract agreement has been made between Lone Star Raceway Park and Mr. Michael Wear for the purchase of the facility. It is scheduled to go to closing on April 28th. In our meeting this morning, we talked in detail about the direction he plans to take Lone Star. I was very impressed with his enthusiasm and future plans for the track. Mike said "Rest assure, all I want to do is to add to Lone Star's existing program." He further said that he will have an open door policy and is looking forward to meeting each and everyone! We just wanted to keep everyone abreast of what was going on.
