I agree with you it is a massive worry for all small clubs that could go bust if this case is won. But it is the wider issue that concerns me. I have a question for Mr O,Hara. As you are bringing this case in your capacity as a funeral director not Chairman of the club. If you were carrying out a funeral for anyone and slipped in their drive and did your back in say, and after the person has got over the lose of a loved one you could after two and a half years sue them?
