Rudager, I have been to watch all but one of Blackfield and Langley's home games last season and I must agree the Neil was exceptional last season. He gives the team so much confidence and seems like he is a great lad to have in the changing room.

He was out Captain for most of the season and I think this is the reason we won promotion. His experience gained from playing at a higher level definitely helped the younger lads out.

There were a number of great perfomances from Neil over the season but I've got to pick out the home game against our local rivals Fawley. His aerial ability definitely shone through that afternoon, he was brilliant for us that day and kept a cool head when everyone else lost theirs.

Let's hope Jon finds a way to keep Neil on board for the forth-coming season. I'll be interested to hear how he is getting on at training, I hope he has managed to keep his fitness levels up over the summer, I'm sure he has, he is a true Professional.

Here's to another great season Neil.
