The idea is that you feel so good about yourself. You are validated because someone recognizes that you are special. You have the money to not only be listed, but even to buy a publish-on-demand book! Wow, you can enjoy that warm feeling, secure in the knowledge that it is not applesauce raining down upon you.

Sure, there are still a few questions:

  1. What are the qualifications for listing
  2. How many people buy listings and books
  3. How did you get the names for the promotion
  4. Is there anyone out there who is still fooled by these scams
